Fully backed by WAD Capital, you will identify and acquire a profitable legacy SME facing a succession transition by leading seller negotiations and rigorous due diligence. Post-acquisition, you will step directly into the CEO role to ensure a seamless leadership transition and preserve the retiring founder's legacy. Collaborating closely with our board and investors, you will then drive long-term financial performance by implementing strategic initiatives to modernize, digitize, and scale the business.
Investment Manager
Executive Assistant
As Investment Manager at WAD Capital, you are the technical and execution engine supporting our 15+ CEOs-in-Residence (CIRs). You partner with these operators to turn their search into closed, well-structured transactions, bringing sophisticated structuring and debt financing expertise to SME successions across the Benelux.
We're hiring an Office Manager & Executive Assistant to be the operational backbone of WAD Capital — keeping our CIRs supported, our IC cycle on schedule, our deal flow organized, and our Jette office running the way it should.
This isn't a calendar-and-coffee role. You'll sit at the center of one of Europe's most active Talent Driven PE platforms, work directly with the GPs, and have real ownership over how the team operates day-to-day.
Analyst Intern
As an Intern, you will work across key stages of the acquisition process by evaluating investment opportunities, conducting deep market research, and actively managing seller outreach. You will directly support our deal teams by assisting with detailed financial modeling and preparing essential due diligence materials for stakeholders. Beyond the transaction phase, you will track ongoing investment performance and contribute to value creation initiatives across our growing SME portfolio.
Marketing Intern
As a Marketing Intern, you will drive WAD Capital's digital presence by planning and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and brand initiatives. You will actively support our thought leadership by creating engaging newsletters, blog posts, and website content that amplify our message across the ETA ecosystem. Additionally, you will conduct deep research into B2B financial marketing trends and competitor positioning to continuously optimize our overall communication strategy.
