Baptiste joined WAD Capital as CEO-in-Residence in September 2026, bringing over 13 years of experience across multi-site healthcare operations, M&A and strategy consulting. He built an international career in large organizations, including extensive experience in animal health where he managed the P&L of 125 veterinary practices across Belgium, France and the Netherlands. Baptiste is also an alumni from Cornell University in the USA (MBA visiting student) and Université Catholique de Louvain in Belgium (BA and MSc in Business), where he consistently graduated Magna Cum Laude.
